Alignment Coaching Description Alignment is the secret to life. We know we are in alignment through our guidance system called emotions. If you find yourself in a temporary or chronic state of negative emotionality you have veered off the path. This feels like struggle, swimming upstream if you will, resistance, conflict, exhaustion, depletion physically, mentally, etc. Negative emotion begins with thought and when we ignore our thoughts our inner being takes the next step to grab our attention through emotion. Unwanted emotion tells you that the narrative and belief system(s) you are buying into is not in alignment with who you truly are. Everything you have ever desired for yourself, for humanity, for the planet already exists vibrationally. You came here to experience what you don’t want in order to desire and manifest what you do want in a tangible sense, but your point of attraction is bringing unwanted manifestation. You are worthy of every creative idea or vision you have ever dreamt of. You owe it to yourself, to your peers, your planet, everything in between and farther beyond to do this work. Together we will work to ease you back into alignment. You will notice synchronicity, non-resistance, right time right place, inspired ideas, inspired action, and the physical manifestation you have been waiting for. We will investigate blocks and recurring resistance i.e. fear-based thoughts/beliefs/habits/etc., and themes to analyze the lesson within those experiences. You will learn to monitor your thoughts before an emotion gains momentum and shift your focus through a variety of tools and find yourself back on the path of least resistance-in total alignment with your highest self. When you are aligned others follow suit. Don’t ever forget: you are a creator of worlds.
